Noji Ratzlaff
Engineer, Ham Radio Expert
Served several times as LDS Preparedness Specialist, long-time ham radio emergency communication instructor and operator, have given many classes and seminars in preparedness fairs, stake meetings, and ward firesides, CERT trainer for years, closely engaged with Orem City Emergency Management, but not a prepper.
Noji is based in Orem and is able to travel throughout Utah County. He does not charge for speaking.
